Shipping & Returns
We make and pack your tools in our North Idaho workshop. Here is what to expect between placing your order and putting your tools to work.
Production
Current lead time: 1–2 weeks.
Shipping
Standard shipping is $4 for shipping within the US, and calculated at checkout if in Canada.
Returns
30-day returns on unused items. You cover return shipping; a 10% restocking fee applies.
When your order will ship
Our current time to ship is 1–2 weeks from placing your order. This is the time we need before handing your parcel to the carrier; delivery time comes after that.
If you need a tool for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can tell you what is realistic.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is a flat $4 for orders within the US, and calculated at checkout for Canadian customers. Check the shipping charge shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. The 1–2 week workshop lead time is not a guaranteed delivery date.
A question about your order?
Please get in touch and include your order number. If something arrives damaged, please include photos of the tool and packaging so we can understand what happened.
Returns
We want you to love your new tools, and are diligent at responding to and resolving issues. We accept returns within 30 days on unused items. You cover the cost of return shipping, and we charge a 10% restocking fee.
Please contact us with your order number before mailing anything back so we can provide return instructions.
If something is wrong with your tool, tell us what happened. We want to understand the problem and help you find a solution.
