Our process
Our ideas come from our own bread days, the classes Kirtley teaches, and things customers ask us to solve. Josh turns those small frustrations into sketches, prototypes, and tools we use ourselves.

Design
We start with a baking problem, then keep refining the shape. The Edge took 54 design iterations.

Shaping
We shape each tool from solid hardwood in our workshop.

Finish
We sand each piece and finish it with organic flax oil.

Ship
We check the finished tool and pack your order.

I love love love the stirring end. I find myself using a soup spoon to scoop flour from time to time because it's wider and holds more.
