Wild Starter Spatula

With humble gratitude to the patience of our enduring fans, we present our Sourdough Spatula!

It is designed as a companion for your starter, to improve the flow in your workflow and add a flair of elegance to your process.

This 12" tool gives you a firm grip to reach into any starter jar, pull out enough for your next batch, swipe clean on the lip of your jar and grab dry flour with the scoop end to feed your starter. The blade then mixes the flour and water back in neatly. You've only got one tool to clean (and one tool to find in your drawer for next time :D).

Our spatula is an homage to the time honored practice of honest baking, and only uses fine hardwoods, and food grade flax oil - the oldest wood finish - so you can rest assured you are not feeding your loved ones (or starter) plastics or fossil fuel based mineral oil/parafin wax wood finishes. Wood and flax, the ancient recipe!
